About Me

I welcome people from all walks of life, nationalities, socio-economic backgrounds, races, sexual identities and religious beliefs. I am very open minded, non-judgemental and compassionate.

My professional background before becoming a therapist was diplomacy and financial planning. I take interest in neuroscience and I enjoy researching imagination.

It has helped me to become more authentic with myself, my children and other people around me, which empowers me to make better choices and brings a lot more joy, true connection and meaning into my life.

I know first hand what a difference it makes to have resources and strength to keep a positive and inquisitive mindset when facing inevitable trials of human life.

I like to share my experience with each of my clients to help them towards reaching their full potential. You might be surprised how quickly many things can begin to change after you take those first few steps towards feeling better.
