About Me
I welcome people from all walks of life, nationalities, socio-economic backgrounds, races, sexual identities and religious beliefs. I am very open minded, non-judgemental and compassionate.
My professional background before becoming a therapist was diplomacy and financial planning. I take interest in neuroscience and I enjoy researching imagination.
Quest cognitive hypnotherapy changed my life and helped me take steps to turn my existence into a more fulfilling and rewarding experience. It has been a very effective way to work through my own trauma, limiting beliefs and unhealthy relationship dynamics.
It has helped me to become more authentic with myself, my children and other people around me, which empowers me to make better choices and brings a lot more joy, true connection and meaning into my life.
I know first hand what a difference it makes to have resources and strength to keep a positive and inquisitive mindset when facing inevitable trials of human life.
