My Approach
My clients normally start by having sessions weekly or every other week. After 3-4 sessions we will discuss whether you want to keep sessions weekly, every other week, meet once every month or have a break.
I allow some flexibility as we all have our own pace and face different challenges. I believe that even taking a few steps towards a happier life counts and might become life changing.
The sessions are personalised, non-judgemental, informative, safe and confidential. My approach to working with you is equality and empowerment. I never use stage hypnosis, and you will always stay present and remember your sessions.
You will be in full control of your progress, and I will help you and guide you in making positive changes in your specific situation.
You will also gain practical tools and tips to use for many years to come. I feel so much joy when I see my clients starting to live a happier and more fulfilling life.
Fees
I offer a free 20-minute no-obligation initial consultation on Zoom to discuss how we can work together. You can book it here.
60-minute session costs £60.
90-minute session costs £90.
The number of sessions you will require will depend on your individual circumstances. We will constantly review your progress and treatment plan.
