Therapies
I mainly use Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) in my therapy practice in Cambridge, Huntingdon and online.
Additionally, I draw on my knowledge of attachment theory, Gestalt principles, counselling, inner child work, goal and intention setting, relaxation techniques, family constellation and body/mind connection.
I work with conscious thought patterns and with unconscious emotions and reactions to enable a long-lasting change.
I can help with a variety of challenges that you may face. This list of challenges is not exhaustive but will give you an indication of typical issues I work with.
Please do not hesitate to get in touch even if what you are going through is not listed here, and we will discuss the best way forward.

“I struggled with low self-confidence, and I came to see Dina when feeling very low. I knew it was to do with the abuse I experienced as a child. Dina showed empathy and understanding while encouraging me to move on from the haunting memories. In the beginning we spoke about my feelings and the impact the abuse had had on me. She was interested, caring and non-judgemental. As my therapy progressed, we focused more on the changes I wanted and on building my self-esteem. There were tears, laughter, shame, anger and so much relief afterwards. I always felt safe and supported. I wish I did this years ago, I’m finally free. Thank you.” Sam E., age 61
